89i Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 89i website located at https://89i.bet (the "Platform"), all related services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other features made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services"). The Platform is operated under the brand name 89i.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 89i.

Deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 89i accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and eligible Visa and Mastercard instruments. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 89i does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or funded from a third-party source.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 89i aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. We do not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Currency. All account balances, transactions, and game outcomes are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion on the 89i Platform. If a deposit is inadvertently initiated in a foreign currency, 89i reserves the right to convert the amount to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate before crediting your account, with any conversion costs borne by the account holder.

Declined Transactions. 89i reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, a pending investigation, or a system error. In cases of erroneous credits to your account, 89i will reclaim those funds regardless of whether they have been wagered.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 89i are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 or over only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• 89i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the wagering requirement structure.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be void and the associated account closed.

Seasonal & Local Promotions. 89i periodically runs promotional campaigns tied to Bangladesh sporting events and cultural occasions, including the BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of the promotion.

89i is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating & Fraud: Using any software, algorithm, or external tool to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or bypass security measures.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through structured low-risk play, stake manipulation, or multi-account claiming designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in whole or in part for money laundering or any other financial crime. 89i complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention, unless expressly permitted.

89i reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, we may void all bets placed, close the account, withhold any outstanding balance, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 89i account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

Closure by 89i. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading account information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Self-exclusion request submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login activity. 89i will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee to a dormant account balance. The fee schedule applicable to dormant accounts will be published on the Platform and updated periodically.

Responsible Gaming Commitment. 89i is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly within the account dashboard. Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so at any time via the account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods and any requests to lift exclusions early are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 89i Platform shall first be referred to our support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. 89i will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of the Services:

• Submit a written description of your complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
• 89i will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• We will investigate and provide a written decision within 14 business days of receiving all required information.
• If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may seek independent resolution through available dispute channels.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 89i with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

89i reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
